Yeah..Um..I Guess Brownie Didn't Do Such A Good Job Afterall

It is the best of times but it is the worst of times. Shrub gave what was touted as his last hurrah and hemmed and hawed a lot. This was classic Charlie Brown - full of noise static. I could say reflection is too big of a task for a man with a feeble brain except our dearly departing President knows exactly what he's done. And what he hasn't. It's just the alcohol buzz or apathy talking. Either way he's just not that into us.

I have a countdown ticker to the Obama inauguration on my sidebar but this also signals the end of this latest Bush reign of terror. May a Bush never hold office again. They still get to keep their Nazi money and be considered "respectable". So don't cry for them Argentina, ok?!

Have you ever left clothes out in the rain and they smelled moldy? You washed them numerous times and though they were technically clean there was no way to get the stench out? That's the Bush administration and the state of where this government is.

Obama may be so cool that he doesn't stink but even he won't be able to rewind time back to when things were corrupt but still manageable. I'm under no delusions about the true nature of those that seek power above all else and how many decent people are stonewalled from being productive. I don't care how many revisionists appear after the fact to present a rosy picture. Bush (and Cheney) were the worst things that ever happened to the United States. I have one thing to say: Katrina.

Black bodies floating in the water. Formaldehyde poisoning. Leaving people to die to save off-shore oil reserves. Bush gets a big fat FAIL FAIL FAIL. And some of you have yourselves to thank for voting for the bastard. Now let's roll up our sleeves, tighten our belts and remember how we got here. We're going to need a lot of patience because we have a lot of work to do.

It's not Obama's responsibility to clean it all up or to rescue us. That's on us. Should our incoming President do something equally foul I will be first in line to call him out on it, but I do NOT want to hear from any of those that stood by for YEARS as Bush destroyed this country brick by brick complaining about some nonsense. When a reporter who threw his shoes in disgust is facing a 7-year prison sentence but the crimes of these crooked politicians go un-prosecuted there is something inherently evil afoot. People in a position of power did NOTHING when it really MATTERED! They need to just zip it, take a seat and let a man with some INTELLIGENCE and INTEGRITY do what he NEEDS TO DO.

Psych! Bush will give a Farewell Address on Thursday. He doesn't know how to quit us!

As Somolia's President Resigns the Question of a New World Order Begs to Be Discussed

Was President Eisenhowser giving a prescient warning?

That Bush and the Neo-Cons or whomever they are have implemented?

President Abdullahi Yusuf has resigned from leading Somalia's government. Since he wasn't forcibly removed by the US like Haiti's President Aristide under threat of death, then can we ask whether the puppet decided to cut his strings?

Iraqi Journalist Throws Shoes at Bush. We Wish It Had Been Us!

It was in a fit of disgust which can only be described as something many of us wish we had the opportunity to do first!

Reporter Muntadar al-Zaidi was seated at a press conference for Shrub's farewell to Iraq tour. Bush wanted to spread more propaganda (lies) about what a great job Brownie, er the US had done. Never mind all those millions of civilian deaths and injuries. Forget about the oil - that's been stolen and sold off to multi-national corporations. Forget about the trial with the Blackwater mercenaries (paramilitary shadow ops) running around unchecked and with lots of weapons. They've only been arrested and haven't been found guilty yet. Bush will probably pardon them and they'll never see the inside of a cell. Mr. al-Zaidi must have been temporarily insane, right? Or was it a moment of clarity where he seized the moment to let Bush know we know he's full of it! This is the end indeed. See how co-opted the US media is?

False Mea Culpas from Bush & OJ

Karma is a debt that must be paid. OJ Simpson was reduced to tears and begging the judge for leniency at his sentencing hearing today. He had been found guilty for a dozen counts related to armed robbery and kidnapping. He might be eligible for parole in 9 years but I honestly don't see him getting out. So many people want to see him under the jailhouse for his role in the slaying of his ex-wife. Hmm, Johnny Cochran was a brilliant lawyer.

OJ should have recognized the gift he'd been given with the unrestricted support he'd received from the Black community. He had been seen as a symbol for all those Black men who've historically been falsely accused, tried and murdered for crimes they had not committed. Black women foolishly defended a criminally-minded, self-hating and dangerous Black man and embued him with qualities he never had. So many of us still do this and it is to our detriment. Our only fortune was that he went right back to his white skin love and abandoned 'us' once again. He never learned the art of self-reflection or humility and continually escalated the behavior that would land him right back in the system. So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, goodbye - and good riddance.

Nepotism
War crimes (also known as torture and murder)
Bankrupting the country
Borrowing more money than we'll ever be to repay
Continuing to be clueless and not giving a damn - check, check check!

Now here's a man that should be in a prison cell right next to the Juice but justice truly is blind. Listening to this excerpt from the Dec 2nd interview with Charles Gibson I am floored. This man does not WANT to get it. The destruction has clearly been revealed for all to see. He made decisions that have caused irrevocable harm but because he has no conscience he is totally able to sleep at night. That is truly evil.

Did I forget to mention how there's always some woman in the mix making excuses for the man she 'loves' no matter what he does. Yet Barbara Bush is afforded a level of respectability a drug dealer's partner would never get. There are a lot of women sitting in prison now because they turned a blind eye to the criminal acts of their partners. When will we ever learn?
